This is a gin to celebrate our fire-fighting heroes. As bushfires threatened the Swan Valley and our distillery last month, there was nothing for us to do but batten down the hatches and keep a watchful eye on the winds – from a safe distance! Thanks to the amazing work of our emergency services we were able to return safely to create a 57.7% navy-strength gin. This feisty tribute incorporates smoke-affected grapes from the Swan Valley and comes with a fiery name to match.
