As the seasons change, we start to experience cooler evenings, and with the change in weather comes bigger, heartier meals. Given this is Juniper Society edition #32, we were thinking we’d distilled everything, from pawpaw to popcorn. All that was left for us was ingenuity and innovation. Big herbaceous flavours come together with a balanced blend of aromatic spices and fresh Western Australian bush tomato to complete this complex gin. Infused with coriander, tomato vines, bush basil, chilli flakes, lemon, olives, and nutmeg, it’s a combination which creates it’s distinctive and exotic finish.
