Taking a side-step from the traditional JSoc, we’ve distilled a vodka and rested it on juniper to give it gin vibes. With both WA wheat and local grape for the base, this spirit is a nod to the grain fields of Ukraine, paired with Swan Valley produce and finished off with a crisp message.
