  2. You will be taken to the login screen. This will, of course, not appear when you are logged in.

  3. Click on the Lost your password? link.
  4. You will be prompted to enter the email address for your account. Ensure that this is entered correctly. Then click the Reset password button.

  5. You will see the below notification, advising you that a password reset email has been sent:

  6.  Next, you will receive a password reset email. Click on the link that says Click here to reset your password.
Note: this may take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Check your ‘junk’ folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

  7. A page will open up in your web browser, prompting you to insert a new password. Once entering and re-entering your new password, click the Save button.

Ensure you make a long enough AND complex enough password—a little indicator below the password field will let you know if the password is too weak. You will be only allowed to use a password that the system classes as ‘moderate’ or higher. If you do not do this, your password will not be changed.

If you do not successfully match the ‘New password’ and the ‘Re-enter new password’ then you will see an error that indicates so. Please delete the text in both fields and try again.

  8. You will be show a confirmation message if your password has been successfully reset.
  9.  You should then be able to log in. Click the My account button if you can’t see a place to insert your email address and new password.
