Chilli is conceptually spicy, fiery, and exciting: however, distilling chilli removes much of the heat and emphasises these other delicate characteristics, creating a complex, balanced and utterly delicious gin, designed to tantalise more adventurous palates, people seeking a bit of a thrill from their cocktails without it being altogether too risky.
