Edition No.6 - Heat Of The Moment

Edition No.6 - Heat Of The Moment

What’s the recipe for writing a chart-topping song? We’ve got no idea. But what we do know is how to craft a full-flavoured Thai-inspired gin with perfectly balanced herbaceousness and heat. Taking juniper and coriander as our base, we spiced it up with lime zest, desert lime and Thai basil – then topped it all off with some red Australian chilli and fresh Bird’s-Eye chilli. It’s a gin with a little bit of heat, a whole lot of Asian flavour and a number one song to match.

Signature Serve

Serve with Capi Spicy Ginger Beer and a wedge of lime.

Muay Thai

Bringing Tahiti and Thailand together in a cocktail? You bet we did. A modern Tiki cocktail, the Mai Tai reflects the idyllic island of Tahiti. Our Heat Of The Moment is a gin inspired by Thailand – a place of big tastes and culture, where the national sport is kickboxing. Good thing the gin itself packs a wicked punch then. We give you the Muay Thai.

Bangkok Daiquiri

The classic Daiquiri is a drink of few ingredients but has certainly made its way
into the cocktail hall of fame. It was named after a town in Cuba, but we thought we’d give this drink a Thailand twist and turn up the heat a little. Our Bangkok Daiquiri is the perfect balance of sugar and spice and all things nice.
