30ML COCONUT CREAM
60ML PINEAPPLE JUICE
15ML LIME JUICE
15ML SUGAR SYRUP
GARNISH: PINEAPPLE WEDGE
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a crushed ice-filled hurricane glass.
Garnish.
VB Collins
A cocktail with many variations and just as many tales of its origin, the Tom Collins is a simple, yet super refreshing long drink. The delicious combination of sweet and sour is given a perfect fruity boost in this cocktail designed for those long, hot days of summer.
60ML VB GIN
30ML LEMON JUICE
15ML SIMPLE SYRUP
1 TBLSPN MIXED BERRIES
2 DASHES OF ORANGE BITTERS
SODA WATER
GARNISH: LEMON PEEL
Add all ingredients except soda to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Pour entire contents of shaker into a highball glass.
Top with soda.
Garnish.
