The Christmas Tree. A symbol that is synonymous with this time of year. And who would have thought that this very tree would also be such a perfect match for a gin? Piney and resinous, we knew those characteristics were destined for greatness in a London dry style gin. This exceptional tree is one of twelve festive botanicals that we’ve added to our sugar cane base, making our Christmas Tree gin perfectly sweet and spicy.
Pair with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
What’s better than a Negroni? A Negroni with sparkling rosé of course! This super aromatic and complex cocktail is perfect for toasting with this Christmas season. We love it with Olive Farm’s sparkling Frizzante and the largest wine glass you can get your hands on.

The Last Word
A cocktail from the prohibition era, that was almost lost to time. Almost. The Last Word's big revival came in 2005 when it appeared on the Pegu Club menu in New York. Our Christmas Tree gin stands up over the herbaceous Chartreuse and sweet Maraschino, and is the perfect gin for this Dickensian cocktail.
