Everything but the kitchen sink. That’s the joke, and the philosophy attached to this month’s gin. We’ve taken the best of what we’ve done before, grabbed the overwhelmingly successful, flavourful, herbaceous, citrusy and just plain delicious botanicals at our disposal and thrown them all together in what turns out to be a brilliant miraculous meeting of the minds. Who was it that thought applesauce and roast pork went well together? Someone did, and we’ve reaped the benefits since... and it’s the same with this months gin!

There’s nothing like getting back to basics, right? What’s more sophisticated than a simple, straight up-and-down dry martini to get the party started, to set the mood, or to launch the evening in a sprightly way? Legend has the Martini having evolved from a cocktail called the Martinez, served sometime in the early 1860s at the Occidental Hotel in San Francisco. Our version of this classic Dry Martini is stired, but make sure your glass is chilled, along with your demeanour, and know that this time around, it’s going to be super smooooooth.
