Edition 59, Chai, is deep, spiced, and seriously layered.
Built on a blend of warming botanicals and tea-inspired richness, this one’s got presence – and plenty of it. Think cardamom, clove, ginger, a touch of sweetness, and that unmistakable slow-brewed intensity.
Inspired by the bold, aromatic chai traditions of India, this gin brings comfort and complexity in equal measure.
Silky on the palate with a spice trail that lingers – so enjoy a cuppa chai, just not as you know it.
