Edition 57 of Juniper Society is Green - a gin inspired by all things fresh, alive, and, well, green. Built around the bright, sweet-tart flavour of kiwi (a nod to our distiller Aled’s New Zealand roots) and layered with herbaceous mint, it’s a lush, invigorating drop that tastes like walking barefoot through dew-soaked grass. Every botanical here pulls in the same direction, delivering a clean, vivid harmony that’s anything but one-note. It's a celebration of freshness - not just in flavour, but in feeling - raw, restorative, and bursting with life.

Kiwi Crush

Ingredients
45ml green gin
½ kiwi
30ml fresh apple juice
15ml lemon juice
15ml agave syrup
Soda


Method
Halve the kiwi and reserve a thin slice for your garnish.
Scoop out the remaining flesh into a cocktail shaker and muddle
Add gin, apple juice, lemon juice and agave syrup
Shake with ice, double strain into a highball glass
Add ice cubes and top with soda
Garnish with your kiwi wheel


Kiwi Gimlet

Ingredients
50ml Green Gin
15ml Kiwi Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
6-8 Mint Leaves

 Method
Add all ingredients (reserve 1 mint leaf) to the cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake
Strain into a nick and nora glass
Garnish with remaining mint leaf
