Spicy Ginarrita

INGREDIENTS:
60ML FIESTA GIN
30ML LIME JUICE
15ML AGAVE SYRUP
2 DROPS ORANGE BITTERS
CHILLI SALT GARNISH (HALF GLASS)

METHOD:
CREATE A 50/50 MIX OF SALT AND CHILLI FLAKES.
RUB A LIME AROUND HALF OF THE RIM OF YOUR MARGARITA GLASS AND GENTLY PRESS INTO YOUR CHILLI SALT MIX.
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO YOUR SHAKER WITH ICE.
SHAKE HARD FOR 10-12 SECONDS.
DOUBLE STRAIN INTO YOUR MARGARITA GLASS.

INGREDIENTS:

30ML FIESTA GIN
30ML BIANCO STYLE VERMOUTH
15ML LEMON JUICE
15ML SUGAR SYRUP (1:1 RATIO)
15ML GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
DASH SODA WATER
GARNISH: GRAPEFRUIT SLICE

METHOD:

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT SODA WATER) TO A COCKTAIL SHAKER FILLED WITH ICE.
SHAKE FOR 10-12 SECONDS.
SINGLE STRAIN INTO A HIGHBALL GLASS.
ADD DASH OF SODA (TO PREFERENCE)
ADD ICE
GARNISH WITH GRAPEFRUIT SLICE
