This Juniper Society edition is made for summer. Bright, bitter and unapologetically orange-driven, Edition 64 takes its cue from the aperitif hour - the golden moment when the sun hits low and everything feels a little lighter.

We’ve built a gin that rivals the classics, bursting with sun-drenched citrus and a clean, lingering bitterness that begs to be poured long over ice.

Whether mixed with soda, tonic or bubbles, this is the gin for slow afternoons, warm nights and that first sip that tastes like summer.

Botanicals:
Juniper, Coriander, Kumquat, Fresh Orange Peel, Gentian Root, Camomile, Angelica.

ABV:
30%

Sparkling wine and orange wedge

Swan Valley Spritz

Ingredients
45ml Spritz Gin Liqueur 
50ml Fresh Orange Juice
100ml Sparkling Wine
Fresh Basil for garnish

Method
Add gin liqueur, fresh orange juice and sparkling wine to a wine glass.
Add ice and gently stir.
Garnish with fresh basil.


Blackberry Spritz

Ingredients
45ml Spritz Gin Liqueur
20ml Blackberry Syrup (Or ribena)
10ml Lemon Juice
75ml Sparkling Wine
Soda to top
Fresh Mint (for garnish)
Fresh Blackberries (or raspberries) (for garnish)

Method

Add gin liqueur, blackberry syrup, lemon juice, sparkling wine and soda to a wine glass.
Add ice.
Stir for 10-12 seconds.
Garnish with fresh mint sprig and berries.
