For this edition, we stripped things back - past the peels and outer layers to uncover the softer, juicier heart of the fruit.Traditionally, gin leans on citrus peel for its flavour, but we’ve done the opposite. Using only the flesh of apple, grape, lemon, lime and orange, we’ve crafted a gin that’s brighter, rounder and refreshingly pure.It’s fruit-forward, clean and balanced - a reminder that sometimes, it’s what’s inside that counts.

Ingredients
45ml Naked Gin
45ml Cloudy Apple Juice
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Honey Syrup
Top with Soda
Fresh Apple Slice to garnish
Method
Add gin, cloudy apple juice, lime juice and honey syrup to a highball glass. Add a splash of soda. Add ice and stir. Garnish with an apple fan.
Orange Blossom

60ml Gin
45ml Orange juice
7.5ml Grenadine
Dash Bitters
Orange Twist to garnish
Method
Add gin, orange juice, grenadine and a few dashes of bitters to your cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds. Double strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
