This native-botanical gin is built on juicy, fruit-driven notes with a gentle touch of salinity and a lift of aromatic spice. There’s brightness, depth and a subtle acidity running through it – softened by a quiet richness that lets the wilder flavours shine.

Inspired by the Swan Valley’s own Auntie Dale and her deep knowledge of native ingredients, Wild is a gin shaped by its surroundings: bush over garden, complexity over polish. Sip it neat, mix it into a daiquiri riff, or shake up an all-Aussie Negroni that showcases its native botanicals.

Ingredients
50ml Wild Gin
20ml Peach Liqueur
Top With Sparkling Wine
Strawberry to garnish

Method
Add gin and peach liqueur to a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Aussie Negroni

Ingredients
30ml Wild Gin
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Maidenii Bitter Aperitif

Method:
Add gin, sweet vermouth and bitter aperitif to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 10-12 seconds.
Single strain into a rocks glass.
Add an obnoxiously large ice cube.
Garnish with orange peel ribbon.
