Edition 60, Nonsense, is playful, nostalgic, and delightfully weird.

This one’s built on a base of bright, tart rhubarb - tempered by a lush, velvety custard note that softens the edges and rounds out the madness. It's got zing. It's got creaminess. It’s got no business working, but somehow… it really, really does.

Inspired by the kind of desserts that made childhood feel like magic, this gin is equal parts whimsical and polished.

Smooth up front with a tangy lift through the finish - sip it neat, mix it bold, or just let the nonsense take over.

Juniper, Almond, Rhubarb, Vanilla, Lemon, Raspberry, Licorice root, cocao, coriander, angelica

Pink Lady

Ingredients
50ml nonsense gin
25ml lemon juice
20ml simple syrup (1:1)
Teaspoon raspberry jam
1 egg white or 3-5 drops of wonderfoam (or alt foaming agent)
1 mint leaf (for garnish)

Method

Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, raspberry jam and foamer to a shaker.
Fill with ice and shake well for 10-12 seconds.
Strain liquid into one of the tins and shake again (reverse dry shake).
Fine strain into a coupette glass and garnish with a mint leaf.


Sandstorm

Ingredients
45ml nonsense gin
45ml fresh pressed ruby red grapefruit juice
30ml Cointreau (or similar)
20ml simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
45ml pineapple juice
7.5ml lime cordial
2-3 drops of vanilla essence
Pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Method

Add gin, grapefruit juice, Cointreau, simple syrup, pineapple juice, lime cordial and vanilla essence to a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake hard for 10-12 seconds.
Single strain into a highball glass.
Fill with ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
