They say that there’s many ways to skin a cat. Turns out there’s also a whole bunch of ways to distil a gin, and we can make that happen without all the unpleasant screeching and scattershot fur.
For August’s edition, we’ve sought out the finer points contributing to how the world’s best gins are distilled and created the ultimate accumulation of those techniques.
This fancy edition embraces the tactics of cold distillation, prolonged maceration, not to mention Soundbath and botanical specific distillations. To top it all off, we’ve taken over 60 cuts – rather than the standard three – to bring about what we believe will be the truly best spirit.
