Edition No. 33 - The Rosemary Experi-mint

Welcome to winter. It’s a great time to warm the soul with some bold, savoury flavours, and while you’re at it, why not offset them with chilled mint notes? We’ve kicked things off with a delicately spiced gin, infused with rosemary and coriander, clove and orris, then cooled things down with Western Australian bush mint to give it an aromatic flavour washing over with complex herbal notes. Rosemary and mint make for perfectly suited bedfellows, given that rosemary (Salvia Rosmarinus) is a member of the mint family!
