The Meyer Lemon, with its bright yellow fruit, glossy green leaves and beautiful white flowers is the best of the mandarin and the lemon in one. The Meyer might be the sweetest of all lemons but it was also the most vulnerable, so fortification was needed. This new improved Meyer Lemon was named nothing other than the ‘Improved Meyer Lemon’. And we enhanced it even further by transforming it into a zesty, bright & fresh gin. Be prepared to never look at lemons the same again. But hey, why just look at lemons when you can drink them instead.
