Luckily we know just how to restore its lustre. We selected a single-origin bean from our fellow West Swan Road friends at Yahava, and carefully crafted our Rise & Shine gin to showcase those bold coffee flavours. We’ve kept the strength at 42% to give this gin a delicious vanilla undertone and a perfectly spicy finish. With a lively line-up like that, you’d be forgiven for wanting to drink this straight out of bed.
